Minimum order quantities
The minimum quantity for a catalog item is shown on that product and may differ by option. Custom manufacturing starts at a minimum of 50 bags unless our team confirms another quantity in writing.
Order review and confirmation
Submitting checkout sends an order request. Junu Bag Supply reviews product availability, quantities, delivery details, and payment information before the order is confirmed.
Pricing and payment
Wholesale prices are available to approved accounts and may vary by product option or quantity tier. Payment instructions and the final payable amount are confirmed with the buyer before dispatch or pickup.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery timing and charges depend on the destination, parcel size, and transport method. Self-pickup is available from our Samakhusi office only after the team confirms the order is ready.
Damaged or incorrect products
Inspect products when they arrive. If an item is damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos so the team can review the issue.
Returns and changes
Returns, exchanges, and changes are reviewed according to the product condition and the confirmed order. Custom-manufactured goods and products used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible. Contact us before sending anything back.
Privacy
We use the business, contact, delivery, and payment-reference information you provide to review and fulfill wholesale orders, provide support, and maintain required business records. We do not ask for banking passwords or one-time codes.
