Starter parcels under 10 kg
Parcels up to 10 kg can be delivered through Pathao Parcel logistics where service is available. You pay only the provider's logistics fee.
Larger wholesale orders
We arrange trusted transport service across Nepal, coordinate the handover, and share the transport receipt with you.
Ordering 100+ bags?
We do not charge for delivery from our office to the transport counter. For orders below 100 pieces, a Rs. 500 transport handling charge applies.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Most styles start from 12 pieces. The exact minimum is shown with each product, and our team can help you choose quantities for your store.
How does delivery outside Kathmandu work?
We deliver across Nepal through logistics or your preferred transport service. Logistics is available for parcels up to 10 kg, and you pay only the logistics provider's fee. For transport orders below 100 pieces, we charge Rs. 500 to arrange and hand over the parcel. We also share the transport receipt so you can track the shipment.
Can I order different bag styles together?
Yes. You can combine different styles in one wholesale order as long as each product meets its listed minimum quantity.
Do you offer custom manufacturing?
Yes. If you have a bag design in mind, share the style, material, colour, size, logo, and quantity with us. We can help bring it to life, with custom manufacturing starting from 50 pieces.
Can I exchange a product after delivery?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you need to request an exchange. Keep the products unused and in their original condition so our team can review the request and guide you through the next step.
How do you verify my order before dispatch?
We manually check the products and count every piece before packing. We also keep photo or video records of the products and quantities placed in your package, helping us verify that the correct stock was dispatched.
Do I need to negotiate to get a wholesale price?
No. Our prices are fixed according to the quantity you order, so you can compare your options without travelling across the market or negotiating shop by shop. We focus on reliable quality at an affordable wholesale rate.
Do you offer clearance deals?
Yes. We occasionally run stock-clearance offers with especially low prices on selected bags. Availability and quantities are limited, so clearance styles may sell out quickly.
